About Me / Fitness Philosophy
The human body is designed to move, OFTEN. The modern world makes that harder than it should be, but that's why my job exists!
I'm Molly, and I've been training clients since 2014. Over the years I've built my toolkit through certifications including NASM, FRC (Functional Range Conditioning), and StrongFirst Kettlebells Level 1, plus mentorships focused on biomechanics and posture. The more I understand how bodies move, the better I can help yours move well too.
My mission is to help you build and keep strength for the long haul. You get to choose how you age! Build resilience through strength training, mobility, and conditioning. Or don't, and become more fragile with time. I help people move better, get stronger, and create physical independence through movement.
I truly believe that strength training and learning to move well is the best investment you'll ever make. The returns show up everywhere: how you feel, how you function, how you look, and how you move through the world.
It doesn't have to be perfect. It doesn't have to be extreme. It just has to be consistent, purposeful, and something you never stop doing. The confidence to move without fear, lift the thing, hike the trail, and stay out of the nursing home!
When I'm not coaching, I'm usually practicing a jump rope trick or eating dark chocolate. I love traveling, Halloween, and hanging out with my two adopted dogs.

Testimonials
I've always struggled with consistency, but working with Molly has been the most productive and consistent exercise I’ve ever done. She challenges me just enough to feel both challenged and successful. My fitness has improved significantly. I feel better about my abilities, and the newfound confidence is truly a gift. Molly tailors her workouts to my body’s specific needs. When I started, I had sore knees, hips, and back. But working out with Molly has eliminated all those issues.

IIn the time I have been working with Molly my balance is better, my strength is better and my body composition is better. Molly takes the time to listen to my needs as her client but she also pushes me to be uncomfortable when I need a challenge.
-Erika
I gained so much confidence in my ability to move after years of not moving, and that feels incredible!
-Katie
We’ve worked out with multiple trainers, kettlebell coaches, trail running coaches, rowing, cycling and we feel better in our 60’s than we did in our 40’s! My husband no longer has the tension headaches that plagued him. Molly was also instrumental in healing my chronic lower back issue through strengthening of my hamstrings, glutes, breathework and so many things. Molly is about the details that matter and looks at the whole body not just muscle groups. We often say Molly is going to keep us moving well into our 90’s!
-Valerie and Greg
After working out with Molly twice a week for three years, I can’t imagine not having her or our workouts as part of my life. She is informed, caring and tough. Somehow she comes up with new moves and exercises often and they are challenging and effective. I couldn’t give Molly a high enough recommendation - she is a gem.

Even if you aren’t a “workout” person, Molly will get you into the gym and make you feel like you’ve accomplished something, leaving you a little sore the next day, knowing you accomplished something and used your muscles. Even the muscles in places you didn’t know you had muscles!
-Lizzie P.
Molly has a unique understanding of how to modify activities/exercises as needed so as not to compromise trouble areas while at the same time, addressing those areas with exercise in a safe manner. Molly was instrumental in allowing me to continue my career until age 65!
I’m so grateful for her expertise and dedication to her profession."
