Drawing inspiration from Dr.Peter Attia's work I believe that true fitness extends far beyond physical appearance. It's about optimizing healthspan—the number of years we live in good health—not just lifespan. By focusing on longevity and overall well-being, I aim to empower my clients to not only look great but to feel great and thrive in all aspects of life.
Having learned from some of the best in the business and with certifications from FRC, Kinstretch, Strong First Kettlebells, and more, I've honed my skills to help clients achieve their fitness goals. While every client is unique, my priorities remain the same: build strength, enhance mobility, and cultivate resilience by showing up and doing hard things all while having fun.
